attentive staff good value ac issue missing towel
the staff was attentive to my needs. the hotel offered good value for the price. mohammad mizan gave excellent service and support. i am thankful for that.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. i only received one bath towel, even though i booked the room for two adults. i notified the reception regarding the towel and the ac issues.

The hotel's location impressed me, it was a few minutes walk to the metro station. BurJuman Mall nearby was convenient for shopping. The hotel building looks modern, and the rooms are clean. Staff was friendly and always ready to help, I really appreciated this.
The gym lacked some equipment and entertainment options, with areas not encouraging interaction.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The dishes were great, and there are many nearby dining options in the mall food court. I found the food options very convenient after a long day.

The hotel offers a pool on the top floor with a fine view. Water cleanliness was excellent. There is also an ambient bar next to the pool. Rooms include complimentary water and tea, which I appreciated.

The hotel is next to the mall, convenient for shopping. It is close to the metro station, I found it convenient. Taxis were also easy to get around the clock, great.

The reception was nice and cute. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. Ahmed spoke Russian fluently and provided attentive service. Housekeeping was excellent, they were very attentive to detail!

metro station helpful staff decent gym
the hotel is right by the metro and burjuman mall making getting around easy. the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are decent. i could leave my luggage after checking out, helpful since my flight was later. mizan from housekeeping was nice.
the furniture seems aged.

thin walls unhelpful staff
i was really let down by the noise. the walls seemed thin so i heard the tv from the neighboring room quite clearly. it seemed like it was in my own room. also i found the staff weren't very helpful when i raised the issue.

convenient location useful staff easy access television issues faulty scale slow service
I stayed at this place for a few nights and found the location very convenient. it was close to the metro station,. the staff was useful. They were always ready to assist with directions and information.
The television remote had issues. it took a while for the technician to resolve it (even after new batteries were installed). i also requested a scale, but it didn't work initially. New batteries were needed for it to function.
